• Start Date:
    Based on your preferred date for the Kick-Off Meeting. This date will also be in your offer letter.
  • End Date:
    Calculated as a 3-month period covering 65 working days (8 hours/day), excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Required Duration:
    You must complete a minimum of 520 hours.
    Note: Typically, 520 hours = 13 weeks at 40 hours/week. The internship may extend beyond 3 months due to sick days, holidays, etc.
  • Extension Option:
    Yes. Internships can be extended by another 3 months.

    Note: Extension depends on your contribution during the initial 520 hours. See pins in    #PnCsupport on Slack for the extension process.
  • Early Exit Before 520 Hours:
    • May disqualify you from receiving:
      • Completion certificate
      • Full equity shares
    • Discuss with your Team Lead if planning to exit early.
      Note: Shares are issued per quarter, so you will still receive shares for time worked.
  • Inactivity Clause:
    • Inactive for 14+ consecutive days = automatic off-boarding
